Spring Blossom
Spring has arrived in Crete and I’m loving it!
Feb is always the bad weather month here – though not as cold as England – then as soon as March comes the weather changes with day time temps in the 60’s/70’s Glorious!
I admit I have been skiving off work for an hour or 3 in the afternoon to sit in the sun reading!
A spring / summer day always makes me feel better – More “alive” and optimistic and happy. 
The best things, and those that I didn’t even realize I had missed have got to be the birds singing and the smell of cut grass… and opening the front door and not having a cold blast of air hit me!
Once it gets to July (not that I’ll be here in July but from previous years) it gets too hot for me and I keep out of the sun pretty much – But this time right now is just perfect.
The blossom pics I actually took mid Feb, they only lasted a few days because the weather went from bad to worse – I guess the almond tree made a mistake but we’re back on track again now!
