This might well be my last post from Greece for a while…

5 sleeps until I fly…. 6 sleeps until I’m reunited with Danny.  We only have two weeks together before he has to go home to “Dannyland” (Wiltshire) while I stay in Cambridge until we get somewhere to live together… But at least we’ll be in the same country during that time!!

I’m 98% packed. The worrying thing is the scales are only registering 11kg when I put my case on and I’m wondering if they are broken. My baggage allowance is 15kg this time because I refused to pay £10.00 for an extra 5kg… But anyway I don’t think the Greeks will bother much if my scales are indeed broken and I end up going in with more stuff than I’m technically allowed, they don’t usually.

I’ve been doing major cleaning and gardening, trying to get everything shipshape and tidy for my Dad before I go. This physical work means I’m totally knackered by the end of the day and am going to bed at 11pm compared with my usual 1am and have also had a siesta or two in the afternoons!!

I need to sort out boxes soon that I want sending over with my “random stuff” that I can’t fit in – Mostly baking equipment and books. Possibly more jumpers… Once we get moved in I’ll work out what needs to be added/removed from my parcel/s! Then everything else will get gradually picked up as and when I’m back for visits.

Pretty much just waiting for the days / hours to tick by now…
