Bank Rant
I need to get it all off my chest…so thankyou in advance for reading!
I rang the bank this morning because I hadn’t received my debit card after 2-3 weeks of getting the cheque book etc through – I was told it would arrive 5 days after the other stuff.
Turns out “I should have been told” that I can’t have a debit card for 6 months.
Now I kind of understand that if it’s a new personal account but this is a business account and I don’t know how I am supposed to run a business without a debit card when paypal need those details for security and to pay for online stuff etc etc etc.
They are going to send me the form to get a cashcard….. why that wasn’t included originally with the other things I do not know… It’s all just so… bad… and I’m really unhappy that I ever went with LLOYDS TSB as it’s all been a total nightmare.
People are telling me to close it and go else where but it might be the same at other places as well… Well, hopefully it doesn’t usually take 2 months to open an account but you know what I mean. I’ve come this far…. surely it has to start getting better / easier soon?
There is also other stuff going on which is stressing me out, one of those being a so called “”friend”" who no longer wants to know me and I don’t know why…. and of course the looking for a house/flat thing… *sigh* I just want it to all fall into place and become easier.
