I must admit to being a little unsure of where I’ll end up with this as I do get a little confussed at times… Such as should the Caves section go under Nature & Outdoors or remain on it’s own…. Or go under Crete which is where they were all taken! Then there’s the beaches category… Do I keep that seperate as it always has been or does that go into Nature & Outdoors as well… You see, it’s Mind Boogling!! But if I take it one section at a time hopefully it’ll  all work itself out…

The other night my Facebook account got caught up in a phishing scam – There were 2 messages send out to my friends (luckily I only have like 25 friends over there rather than hundreds, hmm and luckily only 2 messages rather than 200) which had a dodgy link in it.

Luckily one of the people who received the message alerted me to it straight away so I was able to log in and change my password – Since I did that no more messages have been sent. I think they (whoever they may be) got in because my password was so weak… So now it’s been strengthened with random letters and numbers!

The lesson… Use a strong password! I use almost impossible ones to break on my blogs, banking, paypal, hosting etc but for other sites I like to keep it simple… In future I’ll have to think “is this a site / account that could be abused?” when I sign up… and if it is the password gets harder!

Ok… Onto pretty things – Remember I said I wanted to put the isolated flower photos onto canvas at Zazzle… What I didn’t realize is that they only print the canvas… No stretching it onto wood, ready to hang So instead we have flower tshirts.

Nothing major… Since I’ve had the new laptop fixed width websites have been driving me mad – I re-did my web-design site to make it fluid (so it fits whatever size screen you have… within reason) but didn’t reallllly want to setup a whole new theme on this blog so have just made it that bit wider for the moment. This also meant I had to widen the header image – So I updated that a little with the wording. Although want to edit it further, perhaps with a camera graphic on the bottom right corner…

Also changed the blue background to a pale lilac/purple – It was too blue before… Felt kinda cold. Hopefully I’ve warmed it up a little now. Also increased the font sizes slightly… and I think that was about it.

Then I realized my About Me page was all out of date so that’s also been semi-updated… Lol I hardly dare look anywhere else

If it looks totally wrong (my pc and old laptop are both kaput so can’t test properly) or there are any “issues” could you let me know? Thanks

I’d done the black outlines but never painted them even though I knew exactly what colors I wanted them to be in – Summer colors, red, orange and yellow! Well on Saturday I had a sudden urge to finish them

The other one, not shown holds my paint brushes.

Now to complete all the other unfinished projects I have laying around!!

Since I didn’t make any gift items this year to sell myself I thought it would be a good idea to show you some cool stuff from other crafters and since Etsy has so much wonderful stuff…

Well mine arrived! and I’m so, so, so pleased with it

The best thing is not that it keeps everything tidy and together (although of course that’s always helpful!) but that I no longer have to “worry” about swapping bags.

Before, you could bet I’d get somewhere and realize x y or z was still in a random pocket in my other bag – This was after I’d just spent 5-10mins deciding what I needed in the new bag, what could stay in the old bag etc. But now I know I just have to lift the organizer out of the old bag and into the new one and everything I need is there.

Ahhh simple pleasures!

(But of course that won’t be necessary ‘cos it will all be fine and easy and simple and I’ll be back and the blog will be back before you even know we went anywhere!
